Pro Loco Cave APS

We are a group of Cave citizens (near Rome) motivated to promote the socio-cultural development of our territory. Our commitment is based on a positive spirit and clear, concrete objectives. We are the connective that binds local associations together, offering support and acting as a catalyst for new ideas and initiatives. We firmly believe in active partecipation, youth and democracy to built cohesive and responsable communities. The association deals with various areas of experience within the city and arounds. In addition to the care and preservation of traditions, it promotes the development of culture and history linked to the roots of the socio-economic and cultural structure. Among its main activities are the publication of books and other works, collaborations with universities on research and development projects, the management of the municipal library, and the supervision of the tourist office, which provides information and services to visitors. The association also manages the municipal theater, a landmark for cultural events and performances, and supports the group of artisan nativity scene makers, who keep an important local tradition alive. Alongside traditional events, which see the participation of numerous members and citizens, new forms of gathering are developing in line with current and modern modes of communication. The association, therefore, is careful to keep up with the times, without ever losing sight of the value of traditions.
