INIAPA Veneto

INIAPA Veneto (Istituto Nazionale Istruzione e Aggiornamento Professionale Artigiani del Veneto) is a well‑established Vocational Education and Training (VET) organisation with over thirty years of experience supporting professional growth and active participation in the labour market. Founded in 1993 as part of the regional system of support for artisans and small and medium enterprises (PMI), INIAPA Veneto is accredited by the Regione del Veneto for both Formazione Continua and Formazione Superiore, enabling it to deliver recognised training and employment services across diverse sectors. The organisation focuses on designing and implementing high‑quality training pathways for a broad range of learners, including young people, workers seeking to improve their skills, and those looking to re‑enter the workforce. It promotes initiatives funded by public and European instruments such as the Fondo Sociale Europeo Plus (FSE+), which supports qualifications, reintegration training, and skills development aligned with regional economic needs. INIAPA Veneto’s work extends to supporting businesses by analysing training needs, developing customised plans, and facilitating access to financing opportunities for workforce development and innovation. Its programmes cover both recognised professional qualifications and flexible training activities, from digital competencies to management skills, environmental safety and innovation, meeting the evolving demands of the labour market and regional industry. The organisation also participates in collaborative initiatives that encourage inclusivity, with particular attention to young people, women and those facing barriers to employment. Through engagement with regional stakeholders, institutions and funding frameworks, INIAPA Veneto contributes to stronger links between education, work and community development, fostering opportunities for mobility and international project involvement. With its deep roots in the Veneto training landscape and a mission anchored in professional empowerment, innovation and cooperation, INIAPA Veneto is a dynamic partner for youth, educators and organisations active in vocational education, training and employment services
