Norient Innovation and Development AS is a Norway-based organisation working in the fields of education, youth, competence development, digital innovation, and international mobility. The organisation supports public and private actors through consultancy, project development, and hands-on operational support for national and international cooperation projects. Norient is involved in the full project lifecycle, from early concept development and partner coordination to implementation, follow-up, and dissemination. The organisation works with both accredited and non-accredited initiatives and contributes to Erasmus+ projects, international mobility programmes, and capacity-building activities across Europe and beyond, depending on project scope and needs. A core area of Norient’s work is Vocational Education and Training. The organisation designs and supports VET programmes aligned with European standards, including the EQF framework and ECVET principles. This includes curriculum development, work-based learning approaches, apprenticeships, and digital VET solutions that respond to current labour market needs. International mobility is another key focus. Norient organises and coordinates study visits, youth exchanges, staff mobility, internships, and professional development activities. The organisation also supports DiscoverEU-related initiatives and accredited mobility programmes based in Norway, offering structured learning experiences in Nordic contexts with international participants. Digital innovation is integrated across all activities. Norient supports digital transformation processes through consultancy, digital skills development, innovation workshops, and the use of digital tools for project management, communication, and learning. The organisation also contributes to dissemination and visibility through an extensive online library and digital knowledge-sharing platforms. In addition, Norient provides access to European SME networks and strategic partnerships, facilitating cooperation between educational institutions, public bodies, private organisations, and civil society actors. The organisation also offers comprehensive operational support for EU projects, including logistics coordination, accommodation, transportation, event organisation, and overall project management. Although Norient is newly established as a legal entity, the founder and members of the organisation’s professional network have substantial prior experience in education, youth work, digital development, and EU-funded projects, including Erasmus+ activities. This experience ensures a practical, reliable, and quality-oriented approach to project implementation. Across all its work, Norient applies a people-centred and practice-oriented approach, focusing on inclusion, intercultural learning, quality implementation, and sustainable outcomes that continue to create value beyond the project period.
