The company is accredited by the Lazio Region for managerial and professional training as well as career guidance (Det. No. G06255, 25/05/2021). Consilia Formazione provides corporate training and consulting services, with consolidated expertise in the instructional design, management, and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary training initiatives across areas such as workplace safety, business strategy, quality and environmental management, administration/finance/controlling, HR management, and business process improvement. Its primary target groups are employees of client companies and professional trainers, supported by a wide network of qualified instructors. Consilia Formazione delivers highly customised training interventions supported by a dedicated project management team, ensuring continuous supervision and quality assurance through innovative, experiential, and interactive methodologies. In addition, the organisation offers services for organisational and training needs analysis, identification of suitable funding opportunities, and preparation of related technical and administrative documentation. Consilia Formazione is also registered as a Qualified Proponent with Fondimpresa (Qualification System Regulation 2022–2024), Class H (€3,000,000) for the Lazio and Lombardy regions.
