Youth Office Surdulica (Kancelarija za mlade Surdulica) is a local public body established to support, empower, and involve young people in the municipality of Surdulica, Serbia. Driven by the National Youth Strategy, our mission is to create an inclusive environment where young people can develop their potentials, actively participate in community life, and foster European values.Our main fields of expertise and daily activities include:Non-formal education: Organizing workshops, training courses, and seminars on soft skills, youth entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and media literacy.Youth activism & volunteering: Promoting local volunteerism, civic engagement, environmental protection, and healthy lifestyles among youth.Social inclusion: Creating projects that support marginalized groups, prevent discrimination, and promote mental health and well-being.International mobility: Guiding young people towards international opportunities, cultural exchanges, and Erasmus+ initiatives.We operate a dedicated Youth Center that serves as a safe space for networking, creativity, and career development. We have direct access to local youth aged 15-30, high schools, and local stakeholders. As a new but highly motivated organization in the Erasmus+ framework, we are eager to act as a reliable partner or hosting organization for Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) initiatives.
