TEAM is an independent, nongovernmental and nonprofit organization which contributes to improvement of the non formal education of the youth and adults, marginalized and vulnerable groups. The vision of TEAM is to improve the quality of life of the citizens, to promote and respect their human rights. The mission is to lead and motivates changes through innovative and alternative models of non formal education for improvement of the quality of life of the citizens. The goals of the organization are: education and training, lifelong learning and mobility, employment, entrepreneurship and career, active citizenship, social inclusion, nondiscrimination and human rights, voluntarism, promotion of creativity, innovation, culture and sport, sustainable local and rural development, multilingualism and multiculture.
