Istanbul Women's and Women's Organizations Association İKADDER is a service journey of a group of volunteer women in the 1970s, such as Ladies Science and Culture Association, Compassion Foundation, Women's Education and Culture Foundation, Women's Healthcare Solidarity Association, Emergency Aid in Disaster Association, Rainbow Istanbul Women's Organizations Platform. It has formed the basis of the work of many organizations. Combining our core values ​​with modern methods, these organizations carried out their work on the basis of communication, consultation and cooperation.The principles of İKADDER, which was established in 2006, are the continuation of this spirit. İKADDER was established with the gathering of women serving the society in various fields in Istanbul and the heads of voluntary women's organizations, members and volunteers. Our association has become the meeting place for organizations and volunteer women who think globally and produce local and original solutions to social problems.OUR VISION :Based on the grounds of respect for differences, a world where sustainable peace, prosperity and happiness are widespread, starting from our country, and where NGOs can solve problems with cooperation and solidarity.
