Our organization was informally founded in 2012 by a group of teachers and trainers. Throughout the years that we have led different projects at the international level based on non-formal education, cinema and culture (La Tribu 2.0). Our trips and International work has helped us to meet many international entities and consider the possibility of carrying out Eramus + projects in our region. We decided to legalize our organization in 2018 and transform it into a cultural organization. The ideology that unites us is to promote solidarity and tolerance to promote social cohesion. We believe that the exchange of experiences between young people of different cultures, nationalities and different origins, enriches the mentality of young people and gives them a better opportunity to develop and develop our society, which will lead to the development of our countries and a 'global' society That's why we call ourselves 'Globers'. Globers contributes to creating long-term links between different people and organizations. Our NGO promotes the concepts of development, inclusion and importance of the culture of volunteering. We also promote solidarity and tolerance to foster social cohesion and cooperation between the different EU countries. The institution focuses on the development of institutional capacities for individuals and institutions through training programs, conferences, workshops, as well as the creation of alliances with other regional and international institutions, providing a platform for the exchange of experiences. Our mission: to drive improvements in society by educating, inspiring and mobilizing young people to raise their voices while creating real change through volunteering, non-formal education and active citizenship. Our vision: to shape a new future by unleashing, recognizing and utilizing the full potential of youth. Goals and objectives: • Share values ​​of respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and respect for human rights. including the rights of persons belonging to minorities. • Promote youth entrepreneurship, carry out activities aimed at reducing youth unemployment, and develop innovative activities. approaches to this goal. • Promote the active participation of young people in social life, as well as popularize volunteering among young people. • Develop cooperation between young people in Spain and abroad, to deal with common problems, share practice and take global action. • Contribute to intercultural learning and intercultural dialogue. • Develop non-formal education and promote its methodology. • Contribute to the preservation of the environment and stimulate a healthy and active lifestyle among young people. • Share information about youth events, projects, seminars, training courses ... Our activities are mainly aimed at young people between 13 and 30 years old from rural / remote areas, who face difficult geographical situations, social, economic and educational difficulties. Equality, inclusion and diversity are the fundamental values ​​that underlie our work. Nuestra organización fue fundada informalmente en 2012 por un grupo de maestros y formadores.
