Asociacija IVAIGO

IVAIGO is a non-governmental organization in Lithuania dedicated to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds through non-formal education, mentoring, and raising awareness in culture, education, employment, health, and environmental issues. Our mission is to promote social inclusion, combat discrimination, advance digital transformation, and improve youth physical and mental well-being. We work closely with young people (13–30), particularly those from disadvantaged groups, including NEET youth, individuals with disabilities, migrants, refugees, and marginalized communities such as ethnic minorities and LGBTQ+ individuals. Our main activities include organizing workshops on digital and entrepreneurial skills, promoting media literacy, and fostering creativity through cultural and artistic events. We also focus on health and well-being by hosting sports events, health campaigns, and camps. Additionally, we promote environmental awareness, provide language courses for migrants, and develop partnerships for international collaboration. IVAIGO emphasizes active citizenship, lifelong learning, and intercultural competence, empowering participants to thrive in a multicultural, inclusive environment. Our organization is committed to fostering solidarity, breaking down barriers, and inspiring individuals to become active, responsible members of society.
