3D Company for Training (3DC) is a non-profit training company for youth in the Middle East and North Africa region. At 3DC, we provide our youth with the latest in professional training methods and resources as they prepare meet and exceed their personal and professional goals and challenges. We encourage and respect their views and capabilities; and at 3DC, we are committed helping them put such ideas into motion. 3D Company for Training Goals: • Design training programs to enhance the skills of young people. • Promote Social Responsibility in societies through development of a professional culture among young people. • Human Resources development through none formal learning training programs. • Coordination and preparation of programs for professional development to enable young’s to deal with the challenges of the labor market and its requirements. • The development of people's awareness of their rights, responsibilities and duties with respect to the laws. Mission: The basis of our faith is in the ability and energy of people. This duty calls us to harness our expertise to provide people the tools necessary to motivate them to work towards a better life and a stable productive society. Vision: We believe in continuous training as an essential part of the necessities of building a society. Specifically, continuous training will allow for a culture of diligence in work and reflect positively on the individual; therefore, we strive towards a constantly growing productive future for our young and young people.
