Kuruluş Hakkında
Vision De Heide is a center for people with disabilities. This care is integral, includes all areas of life, and is offered from a wide spectrum. De Heide is the initiator of the network Care Villages. The starting point and the core values that we have believed in the last decade remain the anchor of our operation vision. That we want to accost and want to be challenging. Whatever happens to you, we will stand beside you at the same time, what can you have to do yourself itself. De Heide wants to be a sailing boat that can maneuver on the waves of change between the buoys. We do this by using our strengths. We are creative, dare we undertake, we are investing in solidarity and we are agile. Over the years we have accumulated a lot of professional knowledge in healthcare, in managing organizations and the concerns of legal structures. Our personnel policy is based on a few key principles. Our staff must have the right skills, must be able to work with our target group (s) and needs to feel connected to the site, residents and colleagues. De Heide stands for social entrepreneurship. This form of business is based on the three Ps: People, Planet, Profit. None of the pillars is dominant or subordinate: we strive for the perfect balance. Background The healthcare landscape is characterized by a highly urgent shortage. There are many waiting lists and the means to solve this, are not available. In order to solve this problem, we can see a socialization of care. This means that more professionals should not include the care and thereby a receding government. They want by creating a rule lee activate social entrepreneurship. At the same time we are seeing a shift from customized care (sometimes care pampering) to care guarantee. That is to say maybe a little less care but accessible to all. Thereby directing the care to be given to the care recipient, they give the funds to the care recipient. It is thus of the care a consumer on a care market. so we get a market-linked funds whereby responsibilities. The sites of Care Villages are organized based on a number of working principles: small scale, working with mixed groups, including work, reciprocity close and affordability for the customer.
