Society “Bridge to the Future” is a non-governmental, non-profit and non-political youth organisation based in Tbilisi, Georgia, established in 2012. The organisation’s core team has more than 20 years of experience in youth work, project development and international cooperation. The organisation has been actively involved in European youth programmes since the Youth in Action Programme and has continued its work under Erasmus+, taking part in numerous international projects both as a partner and as a contributor to project design and development. Our work focuses on democracy and active citizenship, youth entrepreneurship and employability, and the promotion of human rights through intercultural dialogue. We are also actively engaged in initiatives related to environmental protection and sustainable development, peacebuilding and conflict transformation, as well as media literacy and communication, including the responsible use of social media in youth work. Non-formal education is at the core of all our activities. Society “Bridge to the Future” has solid experience in project writing, concept development and implementation. Many Erasmus+ project ideas have been developed by our team and submitted in cooperation with European applicant organisations, with activities implemented both in partner countries across Europe and locally in Georgia. We have also coordinated and hosted Erasmus+ activities in Georgia, working closely with young people, youth workers and local stakeholders. Our organisation has particular expertise in working with young people from socially vulnerable and post-conflict contexts, as well as in the Eastern Partnership region. We contribute to projects not only through local implementation, but also through methodology development, facilitation of non-formal learning processes and content input. As a partner, we offer reliability, strong local networks, experienced youth workers and trainers, and the capacity to support both international and local project activities. We are especially interested in cooperation within youth exchanges, training courses, capacity building projects and long-term strategic partnerships under the Erasmus+ Youth framework.
