Urganli Multi-Programme Anatolian High School

We have 3 departments. These are ICT(Information and Communication Technology), Graphic&Design and Photography and Child Development Departments. And also Anatolian department(we have 4 classes in total for each grades 9-10-11-12). It was founded in 1996 a Technical and Vacational High School for Only Girls. Then in 2003 it became for girl and boy students. We have 2 two-storey buildings, 27 teachers and 155 students. There are 15 classrooms, a biology&chemistry lab, a library, 2 ICT workshops, a Child development workshop, a refectory, a canteen. Our aim is to bring up well-behaved childrens who have to grow in the families who have low incomes&salaries. Our students mostly have to work on fields with their families to ear money, because thy moved to Turgutlu from the eastern part of Turkey and so they left their careers, works there. So they have to be on their foot in these part of the country. So they work their childen in cooperation with them. They are mostly modest, hardworking, respectful, responsible students. And we want them to know about other countries' cultural and social life. I know that they will be fascinated by the outer world away from Turgutlu.
