eduK'ARTE e9G

The Project eduK'ARTE e9G is a social-educational project financed under the Portuguese Institute for Youth and Sports and promoted by the Cego do Maio School, in Póvoa de Varzim. The Project's dynamic 3 year programm enables us to offer educational solutions to elementary and middle school students with fewer opportunities, particularly migrants, refugees and roma people. By focusing on the aspects of inclusion and diversity, we ensure that our students have the tools to better insert themeselves in the fabrics of our school and our society. We also aim at offering the local community, as a whole, opportunities for development, by offering parenting skills and social support to the families of our students.
