Eines per Tothom is a non-profit organization based in Catalonia (Spain) focused on socio-educational intervention, vocational guidance and labour market inclusion for young people and adults facing social, educational or employment barriers. Founded in 2014, the organization designs and implements competence-based training pathways, personalized career guidance processes and community-oriented initiatives that strengthen employability, autonomy and social participation. Our work is especially targeted at young people at risk of early school leaving, long-term unemployed adults, migrants, women in vulnerable situations and other groups facing structural disadvantages. Eines per Tothom is part of the REIR Group, a consolidated social and educational network with multidisciplinary teams and strong experience in youth work, VET, social innovation and public project management. Through this structure, we collaborate closely with schools, local authorities, companies and social services to create integrated support ecosystems. Our main areas of expertise include: Career guidance and competence-based orientation Development of transversal and digital skills VET support and employability programs Youth empowerment and social inclusion Community-based and multi-stakeholder partnerships We apply learner-centred, inclusive and practical methodologies, combining field experience with innovation. We have experience in regional and national publicly funded projects and are actively expanding our participation in European cooperation initiatives such as Erasmus+.
