"Cultural society"

Since June 2012 we have formed a group of young artists, which started acting as “Cultural Society” NGO since august of that year. Around our idea we gathered young Armenian artists /17-35 years old/ who live in Armenia as well as beyond of it’s borders. We try to raise the role of contemporary art and artists in our society by their works and compositions and they define the culture of new strict criteria in art. The aim of organization is creating new professional art center, to present the values which are being created today in Armenia and in the world, and present current processes and tendencies of development of art. During one year we created cultutal.am website and “Assonance” ensemble of contemporary music. Also they did three projects: 1. “Itnervention” – young composers wrote music for vocal and instrument by the texts of young writers and during the concert there were presented these works and also young writes presented their works and exhibition of young painters. 2. International Conference – “Methodology of Literary criticism in 20th century. Postmodernism” 3. Academy of Arts – master classes for young artists /writers, composers and painters/
