Utena Youth Organization (UYO) “Round Table”

Utena Youth Organization (UYO) “Round Table” started its activities in 1999. UYO “Round Table” – a non-political, independent, voluntary, non-governmental organizations, youth union, which combines active young citizens and youth workers, people who develop young, tolerant and critically-minded people. UYO “Round Table” is a member of the Lithuanian Youth Council. Currently UYO “Round Table” unite 19 Utena youth organizations, which account for about 800 young people. UYO “Round Table” tasks: 1) Assist the UYO “Round Table” member organizations to solve their business problems when they are difficult to resolve on their own; 2) Youth topical problems opening, reading, specific suggestions on how they could be addressed, the provision of appropriate public and non-governmental bodies; 3) Youth organizations, their members, youth leaders in education, awareness and training; 4) Positive public attitudes about the non-governmental sector forma.
