GESCO has always been committed to combat youth unemployment, through training proposal that might increase the skills and capacity of young people to work in a competitive way. GESCO, in last year, has built a network of relationships with schools and businesses, through the implementation of programs of “school-work alternation”, working actively with the business network of Campania to ensure job opportunities for young people in training. GESCO has several years of experience in the management and implementation within ESF and ERDF programs. The company has managed projects for VET and university students, HE and VET teachers for their professional Exchange of experience and capacity increasing class. GESCO offers the following vocational training class: project manager, sales representative, specialist in public relations, fundraising, management of non-governmental organizations. Currently GESCO has 100 students and an additional group of 40 people who are under risk of social exclusion and we support their skills to the needs of the labour market. We employ trainers, methodologies, counselors who work with the innovative vocational training class. The Placament Manager has several years of experience in finding a suitable work placement according to the project content and participant needs. The Placemen Manager has professional experience in the HR and in the management of International projects, as well as in the intercultural communication. The Group Liaison Coordinator assists to the management of practical aspects of the international projects and helping the project participants with everything they might need, therefore the group liaison coordination has developed excellent social skills and they can easily deal with the practical matters. The management of company and the liaison manager is responsible for the smooth implementation of the project and for the communication with the project managers and other involved sides and have extensive practical knowledge in the management and implementation of international education projects, intercultural communication and crisis management. The latter part is responsible for the proper processing of all relevant project documentation. As the projects cover a variety of diverse sectors, the company involve also other experts and professionals in the corresponding field in order to provide the best possible solution and approach to each project.
