Foroige is the National Youth Organisation in Ireland with many projects, clubs and members across the entire country. Mayo STEAM network is one Foroige project based in the west of Ireland ( Mayo) and is focused on developing and using emerging digital and STEAM technologies in youth work. in a practical and interactive way. We are in the process of developing a network of dedicated youth hubs across the county and have begun running Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Technology based workshops and projects. We work with Young people from 8-18 years old and deliver our projects in informal and welcoming youth centres.
