About the Turin Institution for the Deaf Founded in 1814, the Turin Institution for the Deaf has a long-standing commitment to providing comprehensive support and services for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, and those with linguistic or cognitive impairments. Our organization offers a diverse array of programs for children and adults, aiming to enhance their quality of life and promote inclusion within society.
