Human library is an opportunity to find out what you have never thought about, the ability to get information from first hand. We remind the society that all people are different, but equal. Everyone is a unique life story. Stimulating the potential of young people in the areas of career development and youth entrepreneurship. Organization trainings on topic career planning and youth entrepreneurship including the creative industries and social entrepreneurship. Our "human library" exist around for 5 years in Kharkiv (since 7 February 2015). The team consists of two permanent project coordinators and about 10 volunteers who periodically assist with the organization. We try to organize Human libraries once in two or three months. The number of visitors of one event can comes from 30 to 150 people. Sometimes we make thematic human libraries and add an entertaining part with a documentary film, musicians or a performance. For four years (from 2015 till 2018) we have been able to: - Organized 25 Human Libraries in Kharkiv and region; - Attracted 2500 "readers" (participants) and 100 "living books"; - Organized Human Library Tour to West Ukraine (Lviv) in 2017 - Conduct three training about how to organize Living Library and one international workshop in Berlin; - Formed a network of socially useful s and partner organizations in Ukraine In 2019 we: — in January Oficial register Non-Govenment oganisation — In partnership with network Young European Ambassador organize human library on topic "Youth mobility" https://www.facebook.com/events/2/ — Entered toPublic Association (National Youth Council of Ukraine - NYCUkraine) https://www.facebook.com/NYCUkraine/ to empowering positive changes in the area of Youth participation. — Develop and realize the new direction of activity/ project training course for Youth on topic Youth entrepreneurship and Career Development
