YPNOS aims to improve opportunities to achieve a smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. YPNOS works with the youth of our settlement, organizing public cultural, sport, training and other events on local, national and international level too. YPNOS have particular attention to young people who are unemployed, not in employment, education and training (NEETs) and the ones who are in the risk of poverty and exclusion and also supported employment for people with special need education. We work to create synergie between diversified stakeholder (education institution, youth sector, labour market) in order to explore together effective measure and interventions in order to promote and achieve such values as social justice and inclusion, equality, equal opportunities for everyone. YPNOS has been making cooperation with some Governemental and Non-Governemental Organization, Schools, Universities. Promoting European values of equality, inclusion, tolerance, solidarity, participation. Discussing European and regional social problems and possible solutions and exploring ways to create social impact
