Areas of the organization's work: 1. DIPCAMP (diplomatic camp) - Youth international camps (youth 14-18 y.o., youth leaders - 18-30 y.o.). Camps’ topics are peacekeeping, youth access to human rights, no hate speech, social diplomacy in action and others. It was established in 2009, the shifts of the camps (3-4 per summer) involve 2800 teenagers each year, and volunteers from different countries; 2. Social Diplomacy Resource Center: an area that supports local non-profit organizations in the city of Krasnodar. Falcorgoup helps different organizations to develop Social diplomacy by providing them with foreign volunteers; 3. ESC hosting and sending - The organization organization has a Quality Label to host and send volunteers. The volunteers study the civil society of Kuban, and also work as a kid’s leaders in the international camp; 4. Cultural diplomacy (Diaspora diplomacy) - aimed at working with diasporas in the region: national minorities, cultural holidays and festivals; 5. Krasnodar regional training center - the training center exists for the development of non-formal education in the city and the region. The target audience is teenagers and young people of Krasnodar and the Krasnodar Territory; 6. Russian Language Volunteers - a project aimed at promoting a positive image of Russia among the younger generation abroad through the promotion of the Russian language and Russian culture among youth in other countries through conversational Russian language clubs, where participants will communicate on various topical issues, thereby practicing the Russian language; 7. Digital diplomacy. Volunteers of the organization conduct digital work in social networks. Volunteers create posts about cultural diplomacy, peculiarities of Russian and their native languages, and conduct research on nonprofit sector organizations in Europe and Russia, describing their activities. This also includes holding international online conferences; 8. "Black Sea School of Public Diplomacy". The aim of the project is to strengthen international cooperation and regional cross-border ties of non-governmental organizations in the countries of the Black Sea region to strengthen integration processes towards Russia. The School gathers active representatives of non-governmental organizations from the Black Sea countries and Greece, who have knowledge and skills of international communication, are well versed in international relations and are ready to implement international projects aimed at developing public diplomacy and creating an objective image of Russia in the region; 9. Erasmus +. Our organization is actively involved in Erasmus+ activities for many years. We both participate and implement projects in Russia and abroad. FALCOGROUP exchange the experience with international colleges and receive new methods and tools for future work with local community. The organization involves more than 50 active young people who are interested in non-formal education and gaining competences at youth work in our region.
