Knowledge Infusion

Knowledge Infusion is founded with the aim to provide high quality non-formal educational programs for personal and professional development of young people in our country and Europe. The executive staff that implements the activities in practice is well trained in different topics such as: leadership empowerment, personal development, entrepreneurial learning, human rights education, conflict management, organizational management, human rights and gender equality topics. Beside the engaged staff, we have a group of activists/volunteers that help us in realization of activities. Our goals are: - to increase employment of young people and to support their personal and professional development; - to stimulate their creation of new and innovative ideas when it comes to raising awareness about the social topics in our region - to promote active citizenship, civic participation and volunteering - to engage in connecting post-conflict societies - to introduce youth with different cultures and encourage acceptance, empathy and togetherness - to raise awareness and contribute to promotion SDG’s on local and national level and engage youth to actively contribute to the achievement of Agenda 2030 and SDG’s goals - to contribute to the development of rural areas and disadvantaged regions and bring educational opportunities to young people with fewer opportunities; - to endorse the elimination of gender stereotypes, nationalism, LGBT+ related stereotypes, support integration of minorities and refugees into the society and promote equality opportunities for all.
