Ordu Probation Directorate

The Ordu Probation Directorate is one of the 146 directorates under the Ministry of Justice. There are 3 psychologist, 2 sociologists and 1 teacher in the directorate. Ordu Probation Directorate is implementing rehabilitation and educcation programmes on convicts and defendants. Ordu Probation Directorate aims to prevent criminals from committing crimes in line with the inspection plan prepared according to the needs of suspects, accused, and convicts who are sentenced to probation by the court; works with the principles of the restorative justice system, which aims to enable them to hold on and gain a profession.
