In our school we value respect and tolerance, critical thinking, solidarity and team spirit, civic involvement and volunteering, protecting the environment and saving resources by promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. In 1986, the high school was nominated a UNESCO Associated School, and in 1990 it received the status of a pilot school for the research initiated by the National Commission in the field, establishing experimental classes of teacher-educators. In this sense, in 1992, the high school hosted the meeting of the groups of researchers from the pilot schools and UNESCO Associated schools in Romania.
