Founders and associates are highly experienced in terms of volunteer programs, with particular emphasis on youth work. They have a proven conduct, coordination and participation in approximately 200 events and projects, local or international. Specifically: • its members have experience on developing KA2 Adult and Youth projects and training courses for educators (20+ NGOs) on how to teach mathematics using movement and auxiliary tools in the learning process • its members have developed and delivered 100 times a training course for educators on how to include technology (apps, memes, gifs, and online tools, Actionbound, Canva, Lumen5, 1se, Kahoot, Plikers) in their classroom. All of their activities are based on 4 pillars: • Personal Growth. Creating learning activities from different spectrum of methods (Streams) and work-forms that are allowing the development of personal fulfillment, interpersonal skills, well-being and healthy lifestyle. Professional Development. Equipping through learning activities from interdisciplinary sectors skills that enhance: Entrepreneurship skills, employability skills, teamwork and communication skills and experiences. Social Inclusion. Ensuring that the learning streams stimulate an inclusive and solidarity society open to everyone working beyond gender, social, racial, health, political, or religious boxes. • Sustainability. Providing a holistic idea to protect the environment, the economy and the people around. To reach these pillars, they offer possibilities through different non-formal streams. Streams is a metaphor for all the methods they use and often blend together to create a holistic learning experience. As foundation we work with young people to increase their creativity. We believe that by doing different workshops and activities we are helping them to think in a creative and open-minded way, to solve problems and think out of the box, all of them being crucial soft skills in everyday live. Our main objectives are: -to teach youngsters the principles of entrepreneurship, as young people nowadays are struggling with a high unemployment rate across Europe and are therefore in need of improving soft skills like managing, working in a team, creative thinking based on changing disadvantages to advantages, logical thinking and rhetoric presentation skills. -to support young people self-development and self-awerness, as youth nowadays are not confident about them selves and their future, they are lost in their lives. Through drama and improvisation theatre activities we are encouraging them to reflect about their lives and their kills and competencies, to find out their path in this world. We are promoting developing their passions and using it for future employment. We are working with young people to increase their creativity. We believe that by doing different workshops and activities we are helping them to think in a creative and open-minded way, to solve problems and think out of the box, all of them being crucial soft skills in everyday live. The organization's activities are primarily focused on recycling projects, environmental and social entrepreneurship. Under these themes, realizes own projects activation of the unemployed, the homeless and young people with fewer opportunities. Under the Erasmus+ funds, Foundation realized (in these areas) several initiatives. By participating in further training courses continually increase their competence to the extent as best meet the changing needs and guidance of youth work. The founders of the foundation have noticed a serious problem in the context of social discrimination and intolerance, because of age, ancestry,color,place of residence,religious beliefs,so they decided to create an entity that will be focused youth workers, volunteers and leaders, in order to combat the above mentioned aspects . The Foundation is based on knowledge and experience gained during the coordination and participation in other projects, and developed their own methods based on non-formal education connection and its academic facilities.
