New-Generation Youth Platform

The New-Generation Youth Platform was established in 2022 by three young individuals, operating independently from any institution. It is a community with over 7,000 members that aims to support social, cultural, artistic, and sports activities for young people. Our Sub-Formations: New-Generation Youth Platform has various sub-formations within itself for different professional fields which can be listed as below: o New-Generation Law Formation: A community established to support and unite our lawyers, prosecutors, and future legal professionals. o New-Generation Medicine Formation: A community established to support the development of our doctors and medical students. o New-Generation Engineers Formation: A community of over 1,000 engineers and engineer candidates aiming to support their growth. o New-Generation Media Formation: A community established to bring together our members who study or work in the fields of media and communication. o New-Generation Psychology Formation: A community established to support members who are studying or working in the field of psychology. Our Mission: The New-Generation Youth Platform is a youth and culture platform established with the aim of responding to young people, finding solutions for them, and preparing them for the future by addressing their problems, needs, and desires from their perspective within the framework of cultural values and innovative thinking. Our Objectives: o Assisting young people in getting to know and discover themselves. Leading them to shape their futures according to their interests and support. o Ensuring that young people become questioning, researching individuals who possess social and cultural competence. o Raising awareness among young people, guiding the upbringing of sensitive young individuals, and providing them with support in every matter. o Designing and conducting educational programs that benefit young people and contribute to their development, based on their needs and desires. o Activating the leadership potential of youth. o Representing youth towards decision-makers. We have been organizing various events for the young people in Turkiye for 2 years now. Some of our events can be listed as: o Cinema/Karaoke Events: In collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, we have been regularly offering free cinema viewing events for a year, providing refreshments. More than 3,000 people have participated in these events so far. o Darülaceze Visits: In this monthly event, we visit the elderly at Darülaceze (a care facility for the elderly and orphans) and strengthen the bond between young people and the elderly, helping them enjoy their time together. o Library Projects For Schools: With collaboration from different organizations. We build/renovated few libraries for some schools all around the country. o Cultural Tours: In collaboration with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Üsküdar Municipality, and Fatih Municipality, more than 25 cultural tours were organized, where over 1,500 participants learned about our values. o English Speaking Club: We regularly organize English Speaking Clubs with native/fluent English-speaking friends. o Sports Activities: In cooperation with Fatih Municipality, Istanbul Technical University, Health Sciences University, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, we offered sports activities, including canoeing, archery, and volleyball.
