Mirabilis Foundation

We are a young organization, which was established by people experienced in educational activities and activating local communities. We have worked in educational institutions and non-governmental organizations. Among us are also implementers of a number of local initiatives and applications co-financed, including from the Erasmus+ program. Our goal is to support initiatives aimed at youth, with the participation of youth and with youth in mind. We place a strong emphasis on working with young people with disabilities and those at risk of various forms of exclusion. We aim to activate young people by engaging in various social activities, increasing their independence, self-esteem, and working for education, tolerance, civil liberties and human rights. We are looking for new, innovative activities in working with young people. We strive to increase their initiative and entrepreneurship and chances for employment, a better professional career and a decent life. As an organization, we also work for a clean environment, health, sports, free exchange of ideas and information, intellectual exchange and scientific knowledge. We promote the use of formal and informal education methods to strengthen the potential of young people. We see the way to achieve this in the possibility of organizing the mobility of young people and people working with youth, including primarily through active participation in the Erasmus+ program. We see in this a great opportunity to provide young people and people working with youth with the possibility of international s, which will significantly strengthen and streamline the educational and activation processes, both to support the individual development of young people and educators, as well as to strengthen the potential of our young organization. 1) supporting the comprehensive development of local communities, self-governing communities, non-governmental organizations, social economy subjects and other institutions working for the public good in various areas of life; 2) activities for non-formal education of children, youth, adults and seniors, organizing and implementing various forms of educational activities and promoting, popularizing, developing new educational methods; 3) international and intersectoral cooperation in the field of education, including implementing international exchanges; 4) undertaking, supporting and implementing initiatives aimed at equalizing the opportunities of weaker groups and/or those at risk of social exclusion (including people with disabilities, national and ethnic minorities, refugees, migrants, the elderly, children and young people from environments at risk of exclusion, also from economically, socially and culturally neglected areas); 5) conducting scientific, research, information and publishing activities; 6) promoting and organizing volunteering; 7) activities for conscious digital transformation and development of digital competences; 8) carrying out activities for ecology and protection of natural heritage, including promoting the idea of closeness to nature and its impact on human well-being and educating children and young people in the field of ecology; 9) activities in the field of artistic education and cultural animation, supporting talents, promotion and development of culture and art, protection of cultural assets and national heritage; 10) organizing and implementing activities in the field of recreation, tourism, sports and leisure for children and young people; 11) supporting young people in searching for a career path, development of key competences, counselling, organizing internships, apprenticeships; 12) activities supporting social participation of young people.
