Founded in 1981, the organization reaches nearly 600 young people annually, focusing on those with limited opportunities, particularly in Priority Districts of the City policy (QPV). It aims to support these individuals, especially those who have dropped out of school or face barriers to integration, by providing tailored support to help them re-enter social or professional paths and is now expanding its efforts to promote international mobility through European exchanges and work projects. The goal is to bring Europe to these areas and to raise awarness about the opportunities that being a European Union citizen offers. With a strong foundation in popular education, the organization offers guidance, skills development, and personalized plans to help participants build their future. The Association emphasizes resident participation, solidarity, and listening to evolving community needs.
