Humanitarian entrepreneurs association

The Humanitarian Entrepreneurs Association (HEA) is a non-profit youth-led organization based in Jordan. Established in 2017, HEA is committed to empowering youth and communities through humanitarian entrepreneurship, innovation, and inclusive development. Our mission is to create sustainable social impact by combining entrepreneurial thinking with a deep sense of human responsibility. HEA works at the intersection of social innovation and community engagement. We design and implement capacity-building programs, training courses, and local and international exchanges that equip young people with leadership, digital, and entrepreneurial skills. We also promote volunteering, intercultural dialogue, and active citizenship—especially among marginalized groups including refugees, rural youth, and women. Our target group includes young people aged 16–30, youth workers, educators, and community leaders. HEA actively collaborates with civil society organizations, schools, universities, and municipalities across Jordan and the Euro-Med region. Through partnerships and EU-funded projects like Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps, HEA aims to build bridges between cultures, foster inclusion, and inspire the next generation of changemakers.
