Arrel d Idees association

Arrel d’Idees is a non-profit association created in March 2018 in Gandia (Valencian Community, Spain) by a group of local young people who share the same ideals and vision. The principles of our association are inclusion, gender equality, democracy, plurality, sustainability, non-discrimination, and respect for diversity. The aims of our association are to contribute to a fairer and more equal society, and to facilitate access and participation for people with fewer opportunities. Our work is mainly focused on youth, as they are the agents and promoters of change. The objectives of our association are: to promote the active participation of young people and local communities in order to ensure and work towards gender equality, social inclusion, and intercultural dialogue and exchange. We have five years of experience in the Erasmus+ program, carrying out different KA1 and KA2 projects: youth exchanges, training courses, and coordinating a small-scale KA210. The vast majority of these projects have focused on topics of gender equality and social inclusion. At this stage, we are seeking new networks and to take part in KA2 projects, contributing our experience, commitment, and knowledge.
