Nautilus

The Nautilus Association is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in January 2025 in Serbia. It was established by young people with extensive experience in national and international youth mobilities, motivated by the desire to support young people in reaching their full potential and actively participating in society. The organization is community-oriented and operates in the fields of non-formal education, youth work, volunteering, activism, mental health, digital and media literacy, entrepreneurship, and the development of personal and professional competencies. A strong focus is placed on empowering young people from rural and disadvantaged backgrounds, promoting mobility opportunities, intercultural learning, and active citizenship. Although newly established, the Nautilus Association builds on the strong informal experience of its founders, who have participated in numerous projects and mobilities. During its first year, the organization has focused on developing internal and external strategies, mapping local youth needs, and building partnerships with schools, NGOs, and public institutions, thereby laying the foundation for the implementation of concrete activities and projects from 2026 onward.
