Esencia Educativa

Esencia Educativa (EE) is a non-profit association founded in 2024 by professionals from the social, educational and cultural fields, as well as individuals with a strong interest in improving the quality of formal and non-formal education and the comprehensive development of the population. Mission: To promote inclusive, equitable and high-quality education, grounded in emotional education and comprehensive development, fostering individuals who are committed to their personal growth and to social well-being. Vision: We aspire to become a reference point in the field of education by supporting the improvement of teaching and learning processes and contributing to the creation of an educational environment that values diversity, creativity and empathy, while fostering critical thinking and respect for human rights. Objectives: ─To promote studies and research on the importance of educational development across all areas of life, with the aim of improving the quality of life and overall well-being of the population; ─To develop plans, programmes, projects and activities that enhance the comprehensive educational development of the population in general, and of individuals at risk of social exclusion in particular, both locally and internationally; ─To improve the competences of professionals and institutions with an interest in the comprehensive development of the population; ─To disseminate and raise the visibility of plans, programmes and projects that promote actions and methodologies supporting comprehensive development, at local and international levels; ─To foster the creation of networks among public and/or private entities, locally and internationally, that are interested in the educational, social, emotional, professional, etc., development of the population. We collaborate with public and private entities of Malaga and province such as the Territorial Delegation for Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality in Málaga, the associations Pozos Sin Fronteras and Iniciativa Internacional Joven, several schools and educational centres in Málaga and its province, the University of Málaga and the University of La Laguna in Tenerife.
