Korunka Youth and Leisure Centre

Korunka Youth and Leisure Centre is a public educational organisation based in Ostrava, Czech Republic. We provide non-formal education and meaningful leisure-time activities for children and young people of various age groups. Our mission is to support personal development, creativity, social skills and active citizenship through diverse educational programmes. We offer a wide range of regular clubs, workshops, camps and short-term projects focused on creative arts, sports, science, nature, digital skills, media literacy and civic engagement. Our activities encourage children and young people to discover their talents, build self-confidence and develop key life competences in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment. Korunka actively cooperates with schools, local institutions and community partners and is open to international cooperation. We support youth participation, volunteering and innovative educational approaches, and we aim to connect local activities with European values, intercultural learning and youth mobility projects.
