We are looking for two partner organizations for our project: “Together for Buteni: Youth Making a Difference.” Participants’ age: 14–26 years. Buteni is a community where young people have the potential to contribute significantly to local life, but resources for active involvement are limited. Through the project “Together for Buteni: Youth Making a Difference”, we aim to stimulate civic engagement, develop volunteering skills, and build strong international relationships. Objectives -Forming a team of trained and motivated young volunteers. -Improving cooperation between young people from Buteni and other European communities. -Building a local volunteer network for long-term sustainability. Proposed activities 1. Volunteer training Practical and theoretical sessions to develop communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Workshops on civic responsibility, solidarity, and teamwork. Participants will receive a volunteer certificate upon completion. 2. Community actions Activities with children: educational workshops, games, homework support, sports, and cultural activities. Support for local events: fairs, festivals, cultural and sports activities. 3. Exchange of experience with youth from the EU Reciprocal visits with young volunteers from other European countries to share best practices and new ideas. Development of joint projects or intercultural activities. 4. Creating a local volunteer network Online platform and communication groups to coordinate activities. Mentoring for new volunteers in the community. Organization of regular meetings and volunteer recognition events.
