Asociația Grupul de Acțiune Locală pentru Tinerii din Alba Iulia

The Local Action Group for the Youth of Alba Iulia (Asociația Grupul de Acțiune Locală pentru Tinerii din Alba Iulia) is a non-profit NGO based in Alba Iulia, Romania, founded as a Quadruple Helix partnership bringing together local administration, academia, NGOs and the private sector. Our mission is to support the integrated development of young people and young families through access to education, essential services, training opportunities, civic and entrepreneurial participation, cross-sector partnerships and contribution to local youth policies. We work on: personal and professional development of youth; reducing the number of NEET young people; active citizenship and non-formal education; youth-led initiatives; entrepreneurship and mentoring; intersectoral partnerships; and youth participation in local decision-making. Declaration of intent: We are open and motivated to join international Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects as a partner. We are looking for cooperation with organisations across Europe on youth exchanges, training, capacity building and strategic partnerships that empower young people to actively contribute to their communities.
