Capital Foundation

Capital foundation (foundation.capital.bg) is a non-profit organisation based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Main goals of the foundation are to support and promote democratic values, civic participation and sustainable development. In recent years Capital foundation has successfully implemented and contributed to more than 20 projects within the goals mentioned above. These projects were supported by distinguished institutions like European Parliament, European Commission, World Bank, UN, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, Ministry of environment and water of Bulgaria, Trust for Civil Society in Central and Eastern Europe, America for Bulgaria Foundation, EEA Grants, International conservation organization WWF, (please see http://foundation.capital.bg/en/category/projects/). Capital foundation works in close cooperation with its sister organization Economedia (www.economedia.bg).
