NOVUS Association is a non-governmental organization acting on local, regional and national levels and is aimed at improving and raising the social status and awareness of citizens and youth, with special emphasis on the protection and promotion of fundamental human rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, laws and international treaties and conventions, as well as keeping the socio-economic policies, aimed at addressing social and economic problems for vulnerable social groups.
