Association "Training Consult"

Association "Training consult" is new established organization of young people with a rich and varied experience in areas such as teaching, seminars, training, youth activities, ICT, voluntary, local and European projects etc. The main objectives of the "Training consult" are: 1. To consolidate the creative and innovative potential of the civil society of the country for its development as a full and equal part of the European and world society. 2. To support sustainable social, economic, technological, cultural and spiritual development of the citizens, public groups, municipalities, areas and regions in Republic of Bulgaria and international cooperation in this direction, and directed its efforts and spends its resources for the development and confirmation of the spiritual, humanitarian and democratic values of civil society, health, education, science, culture, techniques, technology and physical culture. 3. To assist in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises for increasing their competitiveness and innovation potential. 4. To assist the socially weak, the disabled and persons in need of care; 5. To assist for equality, social integration and their personality realization, protection of human rights and the environment. 6. To carry out youth activities and initiatives for the development of interests and needs of young people in the field of technology, culture, health and sport; promotion of their proactive and future social and professional opportunities. 7. To implement projects for the prevention and asocial behavior among children and young people, as well as for the social integration and personal realization of the youth in a disadvantaged position. 8. To support activities and projects relating to the conservation of nature and the environment. 9. To assist and creates conditions for discussion and development of legislative and regulatory initiatives, analysis of legal frameworks and regulations and the formulation of the needs of structural changes. 10. To provide and disseminate information for European, national and regional policies, initiatives, best practices, public funds, regulatory frameworks, laws and regulations on which is based on development of the European states. 11. To monitor and support the persistent trends of development in different regions of Bulgaria. 12. To provide accessibility and transparency in the implementation of European and national policies and initiatives supporting regional development, and also in the conduct of competitions and implementation of public significant regional projects. 13. To increase the skills and the capacity of experts, consultants and leaders of public institutions, organizations and companies for preparation and management of public and business projects. 14. To help the quality increase and methodological level of the leaders and participants in public significant projects for regional development. Carry out training and creates conditions for the required certification. 15. To design, implement and disseminate effective models for the management of the regional development of a wide public and social basis.
