The organization was founded in 2003 to support all generations in many types of their needs. Our mission is to provide missing services in the region and improve life-quality of local children, youth and adults. Our goal is to be a professional non-profit organization focusing on leisure, education and volunteering. The organisation is divided into 6 centers according to its focus and target groups: 1) Maternity Center (MCR) - leisure and educational activities for children and families. 2) Swimming Center (PCR) - swimming courses for children and adults. 3) Volunteer Center (DCR) - coordinating 80 local volunteers per year in various programmes for the general public. 4) Education Center (VCR) - courses, trainings, seminars and workshops for adults, co-working. 5) Youth Center (YCR) – youth development activities, active citizenship, various youth programmes. 6) International Cooperation (ICR) – international projects and cooperation with foreign partners, summer volunteer workcamps, international volunteering. Our organization supports people with fewer opportunities - volunteering, employment, further development, etc. Since 2007 we have been cooperating with foreign partners in various short-term and long-term projects. Thanks to these we share good practices, inspire each other and exchange experiences. We are a verified hosting and sending organization for the European Solidarity Corps programme. We have partners across Europe and beyond. We are a member of the DYPALL Network – European platform of over 60 organizations and local authorities that aims to involve young people in decision-making processes. Our team members regularly attend international training and workshops abroad, raise their competences and quality standards of our services. The legal form of the organization is a registered association with three statutory representatives. The organization has about 20 regular employees divided into described centers. Each center has its own manager, assistant and a team of coworkers. The structure is further complemented by the accounting department, receptionist and technical services. We also cooperate with external employees (teachers, experts) and local volunteers. The manager of each center is responsible for its activities and is authorized to make decisions which always go under the guidance and supervision of our director (founder).
